Welcome to KiNK Creations. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade products

All KiNK pieces are handmade from polymer clay. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and gold leaf detail may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Processing times

•⁠  ⁠Ready to ship items: dispatched within 1–3 business days
•⁠  ⁠Made to order items: dispatched within 7–10 business days

Shipping

Orders are shipped nationwide via PUDO Locker delivery. Customers are responsible for providing the correct PUDO locker address and contact details at checkout.
