Refund policy

At KiNK Creations, every piece is handmade with care in small batches. Because our products are handcrafted, each item may have slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and detail that make it unique.

Returns

We accept returns only if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at katenicolekearney@gmail.com or Whatsapp 0725974175 with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will either:

•⁠  ⁠Replace the item (if stock is available), or
•⁠  ⁠Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour choices, or personal preference.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a fault or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
